Team Member of the Month: Meredith Flanigan

My name is Meredith Flanigan and I have three sons ages 18, 4, and 2. I have been a caregiver with Generations Home Care since Aug. 2016, and I love it! I have not found a better home care agency to work for. Before I started working with a home care provider, I worked at a skilled nursing facility, but quickly found that it was not the job for me. It was then that I discovered Generations Home Care and my true passion, one-on-one care. I enjoy one-on-one care because it allows me to develop a relationship with our clients. I give all my clients the utmost respect and strive to protect their dignity. I treat them as if they were one of my family members.

I am excited to be a part of Generations Home Care’s continued growth! I love the honesty, respect, and value they give to both us, the caregivers, and those that we care for. They truly care about the well-being of their clients and caregivers, and desire to treat everyone with the dignity they deserve.
