April Team Member of the Month: Jane Richou

My name is Jane Richou. I’ve worked with Generations Home Care since April of 2016. When I was in High School, my sister and I worked at a retirement home where we served the residents their meals. I learned there that I loved working with and being around the elderly. I’ve worked a variety jobs–from waitressing to office work–and none are as satisfying as providing care for our seniors.

Finding a good boss is challenging but rewarding–they can make or break your working experience. Working with Generations Home Care is a delightful experience and Jake, our administrator, strives to make it better everyday. One thing I appreciate is how he and the other office staff effectively communicate and answer any questions I may ask. It may be the tenth call of the day, but they still treat me well–which is great. I enjoy working with Generations Home Care!
