To the caregivers, you all became part of the family and made Dad’s life richer, more comfortable, and safer. You truly made a difference and we will miss you. Your work matters!! Your immediate response when we needed you was such a relief and from then on we felt you had our backs and truly cared for Dad and the family. We were blessed to have been steered your way. Generations Home Care made it possible for me to care for my husband at home during the last two months of his life. Jake's kindness and experience helped us get prepared quickly. MacKenzie helped navigate scheduling challenges as we adjusted to my husband's changing needs and those of visiting family. We met Michele and Monica during the first week and they were wonderful. They always focused foremost on my husband's needs, which I so appreciated. They quickly bonded with him on a friendly but professional level, and then helped me learn skills so I could properly care for him when on my own. Toward the end, they were there for me, too, with emotional support and encouragement. I could not have managed those two months without them and I will forever be grateful for their help.

We appreciate the care that Generations Home Care has given us with our mother. She has dementia and can be irritable with her own daughters at times! Lol! The team helped us make a difficult decision to get a caregiver, a process of great joy and comfort. Jake the administrator was so kind and prepared us for what to expect with our caregivers. Kenyata our scheduler has been so helpful in scheduling and communicating with us to find just the right caregiver for our mom. She is quick to call us back and checks in with us regularly to see how things are going. Amy & Jane have been a delight to our mother. Amy our main caregiver has been caring for our mother for three months. Our Mother tells us, "She goes for walks and works on puzzles with me and I tell her about my four daughters, and son in laws who take great care of me and show her pictures of all my grandkids and great grandkids". “I just love her, and she is so nice”. Jo’s four daughters feel truly blessed to have Generations Home Care, caring for their mother.

Generations Home-care was the second agency we used to help care for my grandmother while she lived with us. After a very bad experience with the other agency, we were desperate to find help. Generations immediately stepped in so there was no disruption of care. Everyone in the office was courteous, caring, and professional at every step and all the caregivers were skilled to complete the sensitive care we needed as well as wonderfully caring and friendly.

GHC came to help my parents in November after they were both in the hospital (separately) and my mom came home unable to walk and bedridden. We didn't know what to do, and GHC was our first experience with in-home care. They quickly assessed the situation, came up with a plan that fit our schedules and pocketbook, dealt with our dogs, and put up with our parents. Communication was great, schedule changes at our request (and there were a few) were implemented immediately, and any questions were quickly answered. We've since graduated as mom is up walking and driving again, and when we need these services in the future, GHC will be the first call.

The first person provided great support around their independent living space and met our needs. As my parents transitioned to poor health and our needs changed, they were very responsive to finding appropriate care. The last two months of my mother's life was spent at home and we used three different caregivers, all who provided great care. The care manager listened closely to our needs and adjusted people and schedules to accommodate my parents and families. Their care and support played a strong role in helping us support parents who passed away within two months of each other. I appreciated support from the care manager and individual caregivers. Thank you on behalf of my entire family.

I was pleased when hospice referred me to Generations Home Care because I wasn't sure which direction to take at that time. I spoke with Jenna initially and she was sure to get me referred for an in person evaluation asap. The owner of Generations, Jake, arrived at my Mom's home the very next day where we were able to make the decision for 24 hour care. Best decision made. The care givers were attentive, kind hearted, caring and as I describe, Angels in disguise. They were there in our time of need and I am so thankful.

The Generations' team was wonderful to my dad, and we are grateful to the women who took such great care of him.

My mom decided to stay home for the end. Two broken hips due to botched surgeries. The last 'fix' being too hard on an 88 year old. Generations home care to the rescue. We had our own team of family, but caring for someone in that kind of pain is beyond taxing. Just moving her to take care of basics was crazy as we had to have three strong people to gently lift her. The situation was way beyond what was considered normal. As the Doc's told us, this was a one in a million and the worst of the worst. Her pain was horrific. Step in Abraham (our favorite superman and hardworking guy) from Generations and the caring and skilled gals they also sent us to help. I am going to make this plain and simply, without Generations and their sincere help, this would have been virtually impossible. The professionalism and the way they stepped up for us was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company! P.S. If you are lucky enough to get Abraham, you can't keep him. He is now family! Yeah, that should say it all.

Thank you for working with us and making a tough time easier, it really was a stress reliever. Your staff were kind, and took great care of dad. We especially appreciated JJ’s gentle and kind heart, and love for dad. We appreciate you helping us in our time of need. you were the extra set of hands that we needed!

Our experience with Generations Home Care was brief, but so positive. The staff is full of caring and compassionate people. Clay was wonderful, and we felt very comfortable with him. Jake was great, and he made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you to your wonderful team!

We have found Generations Home Care to be exceptionally caring and courteous. Jane (caregiver) has such a wonderful personality and is very flexible. We are just getting started, but things are truly outstanding so far.

We have two of the best care givers that I have ever seen. They are loving, giving, nurturing, and totally take care of my mom.
